Design & development of electricity meters (watt-hour meters)
Sole responsibility for the mechanical design of a innovative new range of 230V 100A adaptive
electricity meters which include a novel switch-disconnector, now fully approved (OFFER & ASTA) and in
full production (2000 units per day). This meter won a Siemens UK annual award for product innovation
and has been the subject of several magazine articles. Has been recommended for a world-wide
Siemens award.
Holder of 4 patents relating to the above.
