The Move!:

After 4 years at the "Stretford Boat Yard" we decided it was time for a move for the last stages of fitting out. So on Sunday 8th September 2002 we moved the boat to Jalsea Marine on the River Weaver at Northwich.

Boat pulled out from building space using rollers & skates. Jacked up on frame ready for loading on trailer. Lowloader from Chris Bennett Heavy Haulage arrives.
Reversing trailer under boat frame. Chris Bennett himself checking all is secure.
Safe arrival at Jalsea. Yes, it did fit under the 15' low bridge, phew!! Lifted off trailer with 30 ton crane, ready to be "dropped" into river.
In the water, she floats !!

Only temporary to check all is watertight and mark the waterline then it's a lift out, shot-blast & epoxy prime the bottom and into a building shed for the winter.
Bottom of hull shot blasted and first coat of 2 pack epoxy applied.
